Before you plug in your device to charge it, make sure it's turned off first to prevent charging issues. Do a quick check for any water in the charging port. A little dampness can mess things up, like causing it not to charge properly or even getting the port all corroded.
The CR6 Pro is perfect for pools with slopes of up to 7°. Anything steeper than that will be treated as an obstacle. It will back up and change direction if it encounters a slope steeper than 7° during its cleaning routine.

Smonet Robot not be allowed to refund the order for the non-quality issue after 30 days from the date of delivery.

* The defective item is returned for quality inspection.
