1. Please follow the attached pictures 1-4 to repair the connection between the gateway and the lock.
2. If the issue still persists, please check the distance between the gateway and the lock (ensure they are on the same floor).
3. If the problem still exists, if the door is made of metal, please note that the gateway signal may be blocked by the metal.

Smonet Robot not be allowed to refund the order for the non-quality issue after 30 days from the date of delivery.
