Yes, you can mute the sound. Use the app: tap Settings > Lock Sound > Turn it off when you are near the lock with Bluetooth enabled.
Add extra digits before or after your real passcode. The lock will still recognize and unlock based on your real passcode.
Press and hold the double locking button for 5 seconds to double-lock the door.
You can cancel it by short-pressing the double locking button, turning the knob, using the app, or entering the admin passcode.

Launch the Nextlock app, tap Settings, and choose Door opening direction.
The batteries typically last about 6 months, but this may vary depending on usage frequency.
You can recharge it using the USB-C port on the lock. The package also includes two manual keys as a backup. A low battery notification will alert you when the battery is below 20%.
Ensure the door thickness is between 1.49” and 1.88” and the hole diameter is 2-1/8”. Follow the detailed steps provided to adjust the deadbolt, route the cable, and secure the lock components.
The maximum distance between the Gateway and the smart lock is 16 feet. Make sure your Wi-Fi router is also within 16 feet of the Gateway for optimal performance.

Warranty Claims for Non-Quality-Related Issues
Smonet Robot not be allowed to refund the order for the non-quality issue after 30 days from the date of delivery.
Process:
* The buyer must provide proof of purchase from Authorized Sales Channels.
* Smonet Robot will document what steps the buyer took to troubleshoot the problem, if any, with the product.
* The defective item is returned for quality inspection.
* The item’s warranty is voided if the returned item and registered item are different or if the defective item is not returned.
Valid proof of purchase:
* Order number from the official website the purchases were made or order number from an Smonet Robot's authorized reseller.
* Sales invoice.
* Dated sales receipt from an authorized Smonet Robot reseller that shows a product description and sale price.
Please note that more than one type of proof of purchase may be required to process a warranty claim.
Shipping must be covered by the buyer if…
* Returning items for reasons other than a defect.
* The country the item was purchased in differs from the country the warranty claim is being filed.
* Accidental return, such as personal items, or incorrect products.
* Returning items were claimed defective but found by Smonet Robot quality control to be in proper working condition.
* Returning defective items in international shipping.
