Before charging, ensure the device is turned off to prevent charging issues, and check for any water in the charging port, as dampness may lead to charging failure or port corrosion.
A1: It may be caught in the drain outlet on the floor. It will try to float itself to break free. If it is still stuck for several minutes, please use the pole to help.
A2: It may suck up lots of debris in a very short time if it's placed into a dirty pool, so check and clean the filters if needed.

Smonet Robot not be allowed to refund the order for the non-quality issue after 30 days from the date of delivery.

* Smonet Robot will document what steps the buyer took to troubleshoot the problem, if any, with the product.
* The defective item is returned for quality inspection.
* The item’s warranty is voided if the returned item and registered item are different or if the defective item is not returned.

* Sales invoice.
